MEDITATION COURSE
WITH PERSONAL MANTRA (PSM):
The meditation course provides a space for self-knowledge, release of physical and emotional stress. An opportunity to explore the inner silence from which we have access to our true essence, our consciousness and the field of infinite possibilities. A journey inward where we experience a state of infinite Peace.
The course is given in three sessions:
Brief history of Meditation
What is Meditation, Benefits, Mantra and basics of Meditation practice.
Personal Mantra Instruction
In this session the student is provided with his or her Personal Mantra or vibration, Pranava in Sanskrit to be used in his or her personal Meditation practice.
The Mantra is calculated based on the date, time and place of birth of the person and is calculated according to Vedic mathematical calculations. Followed by a guided meditation.
Practical Aspects of Meditation
The student’s questions and concerns about personal practice are answered and the practical aspects of meditation are taught. How to prepare for meditation, when, how, and how to deal with various events and experiences that arise during the practice are explained. Followed by a guided group meditation.
Includes:
-The three sessions of the Meditation course.
-Personal Mantra calculated by the Chopra Center, which is registered in their system and can be used for the rest of your life.
